Unshaken by Shelley Shepard Gray book review

Unshaken by Shelley Shepard Gray is an interesting book with an Amish girl being hunted by a known killer. Stephanie Millers' trip to the local dollar store in southern Ohio becomes anything but typical when she witnesses a man killed by a young man that is a part of a local gang, The Broken Arrows.

Suddenly, she finds a car pulling up to her and she is taken away from the life she knows and put in a situation where strangers are the ones protecting her and telling her what to do. Following the life she has faced up to this point, her reactions are to go along with the plan. Will this bring her safety with a killer and a gang searching for her to keep her quiet.

In a new state at a large ranch surrounded by men she does not know and only Bev (who put her in this situation)'s brother, Hardy to keep her safe she must wonder why God has her in this situation. Her faith is being tested was the thought I had. Living a life in the English world may not be as foreign to her as one would think and it may well be the life she needs.

Well written, although I found the first few chapters to be rather hard to hold my interest, but the remainder of the book was excellent and what I expected from this author.
