Do You Know This Man

A couple of years ago, two beautiful young ladies went for a walk on a warm Feb. day and never returned home. Libby German and Abby Williams from Delphi, IN were dropped off by Libby's sister to walk the Monon High Bridge Trail and were to meet their ride home a few hours later, but never returned for that meeting and never returned home alive. Both girls were found murdered  the following day near the trail.

I firmly believe that they knew they were in trouble as Libby recorded a man walking on the bridge as well as audio recording of him talking and telling them to go "down the hill". Cell phone pictures and video have aided police in the investigation, but have not led to the killer yet. Someone knows this person and someone knows what happened to these two young ladies and a killer still walks free!

April 20, 2019 Indiana State Police released a new sketch of the person they are searching for. This sketch is very different from the one released a couple of years ago and so please take a look at this photo.
Do you recognize him? Does it look at all familiar? Please help police locate this male subject that took two innocent young girls and brutally murdered them. They deserve justice!
Here is the photo that was first shared by the police and it is on Abby's phone so take a look at this one as well. The police are saying that the new photo is the correct male that they are looking for, but I say either sketch should be investigated.
Look at the mannerism in the way that he holds his hands in his pockets and other things in order to help recognize him.

Here is a link to the story of the new information. Please take a look at it and see if you recognize this person. Please call Indiana State Police if you do.

  1. I was at my daughter's house in Indiana when this news broke. It was not all that far from where she lives. SOOOO awful and SOOOO scary. I can't believe that no one has come forward to identify him yet.
Thanks for posting this. xo Diana

    1. Diana, this is scary and the fact that it is near your daughter scares me as well. I am still amazed at how this young lady had the sense in her to get as much information as she did about him and how we still do not have him in custody. I feel that those girls knew they were in trouble, but could not do anything about it. I wish she would have called someone and maybe they could have been saved. So sad!!
